I have different opinions of translating the above sentence:
1. Worry means:
A strong feeling of anxiety (Noun)
A source of unhappiness (N)
Disturb the peace of mind of (Verb)
Afflict with mental agitation or distress (V)
Therefore concern is much more preferred
2. Increase used in:
Distance
Volume
Level
3. Try not to repeat the same word(s) in a same sentence (poor countries, further and further), to express the double impact, we can use: The poor countries are left drifted much further behind. However, in this case, a single further behind is enough to serve its purpose
"People concern that the gap between the developed and undeveloped countries has been widen, Overtime, the poor countries are being left drifted further behind"
